Vertical Strawberry Growing PVC Gutter

Strawberry vertical cultivation in greenhouse can greatly save greenhouse land, improve greenhouse use area and space, reduce pests and diseases, and facilitate daily management.  It is a new modern strawberry cultivation techniques.

1. PVC planting trough The planting trough is made of PVC pipe, thickness 3-4mm, the top width 210mm, bottom width 130mm and height 180mm.  The planting trough can be put on shelves.  The PVC trough has many sizes, customized by the buyer.  The trough length is 6m, adjustable according to the greenhouse length.

2. Planting trough shelves The planting trough shelf material: 25mm*25mm hot-galvanized rectangular steel pipe, thickness 1.5mm.  The shelf width is 1.4-1.6m and height 1.8-2.0m.

3. Planting arrangement Install 5-6 rows in the greenhouse with 12m span, evenly distributed;  Install 3-4 rows in the greenhouse with 8m span, evenly distributed.  One side is a little high, and the other side is a little low for drainage of the wast nutrient solution.

4. Cultivation substrate The cultivation substrate can be selected mixture substrate or coconut coir.

5. Irrigation and fertilization The irrigation system is including nutrient solution supply machine, water pipe, branch pipe and drip nozzle.  The machine can be controlled EC value and PH value automatically.  The main water pipe is PVC pipe.
