Intelligent greenhouse automatic control system is composed of the weather station, computer, greenhouse intelligent control system, and sensors (temperature and humidity sensors, CO2 sensors, light sensors, etc.), peripheral equipment (cooling pad, cooling fan, sunshade net, compensating light, lighting, automatic irrigation and insect-catching machine, etc.). Greenhouse intelligent control system monitors of real-time various data, and automatically controls the peripheral equipment to work according to the set parameters. The computer and intelligent control system communicates through using RS485 cable. A computer can connect multiple controllers. The computer realizes the data (temperature, humidity, CO2, light, etc.) of each controller and the running status of the peripheral devices. All the data can be displayed and stored. Each module can be run in the statistical analysis of low-cost, intelligent, scalable, extensible and large data platform (based on functional module matching).
1. Outdoor weather station
Used to collect outdoor environmental parameters. Including outdoor temperature, humidity, light radiation, wind speed, wind direction, rain and snow signals, rainfall signal, etc.
2. Indoor environment sensor
Indoor temperature sensor, humidity sensor, carbon dioxide sensor, light sensor, soil temperature sensor, soil moisture sensor, etc.
3. Control program (software)
English version of the user interface and print interface, partition climate control procedures, ventilation control procedures, cooling control procedures, heating control procedures, cooling pad pump control procedures, shade control procedures, compensating light control procedures, CO2 control procedures, irrigation control procedures, etc.
Can achieve zoning climate control. Can control two independent areas or more, each control area including climate control, irrigation control. According to production needs, output the opening and closing instructions to every equipment in a number of production units(the above requirements of the automatic control). Through the equipment running to adjust the indoor temperature, light, humidity, and check the gas concentration, and rely on control software, to monitor of real-time climate regulation and deviation, to achieve the fine-tuning of the greenhouse equipment.
All devices controlled by the controller can be manually controlled by manual implementation.
4. Hanging digital display
A total of two sets, were suspended in the greenhouse two partitions. Can use the way of large-size high-brightness digital tube to highlight the real-time greenhouse temperature, humidity, light, carbon dioxide, soil temperature, soil moisture, etc., at the same time, in the high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, low humidity, the alarm light will be twinkling for alarming.
