Three heating methods
1、Boiler+Heater
There are water heating blower in the greenhouse, temperature control box, stainless steel flexible pipe, pipe fittings for water heating blower, national standard hot galvanized pipe and wire (for heaters in greenhouse), etc. The main heating pipe in the greenhouse is laid 1 meter outside the greenhouse for connection to the main water heating pipe outside.
Boiler room equipment includes boiler body, chimney, computer control box, maintenance-free water pump, soot processor, water collector, water separator, check valve, opening and closing valves, pipes, pipe valves, instruments and so on.
2、Boiler+Heating pipeline and fin pipeline
There are radiating galvanized pipe and fin pipe, 1 set of temperature control box, stainless steel flexible pipe, pipe fittings and valves, national standard hot galvanized pipe etc. The main heating pipe in the greenhouse is laid 1 meter outside the greenhouse for connection to the main water heating pipe outside.
Radiating equipment has DN65 gardening special-use hot galvanized steel fin radiator (wall thickness of not less than 3 mm) and DN25 hot galvanized heating pipe.
Boiler room equipment includes boiler body, chimney, computer control box, maintenance-free water pump, soot processor, water collector, water separator, check valve, opening and closing valves, pipes, pipe valves, instruments and so on.
3、Boiler+Heater+Heating pipeline and fin pipeline
It is a combination of two heating methods
The advantages of water heating blower
1). Heating fast, 10 minutes after the boot to meet the temperature requirements.
As the design removed a large number of pipeline easy to loss heat and water circulation by heating blower, the boiler heated water can quickly reach the various regions.
2). Thermostat effect evenly. Greenhouse temperature uniformity, the difference is less than 2℃.
3). Galvanized sheet shell, nice style, not rust, strong corrosion resistance.
4). Efficient energy saving and environmental protection.
The heating blower has proven to be economically significant, saving 30%-50% more than ordinary heating equipment. The greenhouse air is treated by heating blower, which also plays a role in sterilization, to achieve pollution-free farming.
5). Heating area big.
Overcome the limit of radiator in greenhouse heating, and significantly improves the winter greenhouse heating effect, to solve the radiating conversion from static type to the flow type, greatly reducing the greenhouse moisture. Each set can be heating 150-250 Square meters.
6). Easy to install.
Just connect to the inlet and outlet of heating pipe and connect to the power.
