Two major advantages of multi-span film greenhouses

1.Simple structure: Because of the characteristics of the load-bearing structure of the plastic greenhouse, a solid membrane system, covering materials and other relatively simple installation requirements. Use ordinary hot-dip galvanized steel plates or light steel load-bearing structures, galvanized mild steel is generally used, and the structure is more suitable. The greenhouse body is mainly composed of steel skeleton columns, four beams, dome poles, top poles, beams, bracket characters and other gutters, which are used as top longitudinal pole members of tie rods and around them, thereby greatly simplifying the structure and reducing the amount of steel. At the same time, when the covering material is non-mechanically connected to the roof, the roof only bears gravity load and positive wind pressure, and the wind pressure is transmitted to the gutters and pillars, which greatly optimizes the stress on the greenhouse structure.

2. Flexible and diverse sizes: Due to the structural characteristics of multi-span greenhouses and the development of large-scale multi-span film greenhouses, regions, customer needs and other factors, countries around the world are producing and promoting plastic greenhouses according to their own standards. As a result, a large number of plastic film greenhouse products of different forms and specifications have been formed, such as vault greenhouses, double-point greenhouses, zigzag greenhouses, small-point greenhouses with different spans, heights and roof shapes. For this reason, the individual dimensions of plastic greenhouses have so far been difficult to summarize and describe. This allows flexible design of spans and bays according to customer requirements to meet the design needs of different terrain dimensions.
