The cooling system is the main means of cooling the greenhouse in summer, but some unprofessional cooling fan and pad installation will lead to a decrease in cooling efficiency. Today, I will share with you the layout requirements of our greenhouse industry greenhouse cooling system design specifications.
1.The fan and the cooling pad should be arranged on opposite sides, with the fan on the south side and the cooling pad on the north side. The distance between the fan and the cooling pad is 30m~45m for best effect, and the maximum should not exceed 68m.
2. When installing the cooling pad, the influence of the prevailing wind direction on the air intake in summer should be considered, and the influence of the installation position on the lighting should be considered.
3.The height of the cooling pad should not exceed 2.4 meters and should not be less than 0.6 meters. When installing the height of the wall of the multi-span greenhouse, the actual crop height and the requirements of the planting equipment such as the seedbed should be considered.
4. The design of the cooling pad air inlet should be considered to facilitate closing in winter without removing the cooling pad. The commonly used electric cooling pad side window (divided into vertical lifting and outward opening), as well as the fixed card slots around the outside, are installed with insulation film and insulation cotton.
5.When the height of the cooling pad exceeds the height of the air inlet, the cooling pad should be at least 1/2 of the height difference away from the air inlet.
6. When ventilators are arranged on the same wall, the distance between ventilators should not exceed 7.6 meters.
7.The distance between the ventilator exhaust port and nearby obstacles should not be less than 4 times the diameter of the ventilator.
8. When the distance between the ventilator and the air inlet of the adjacent greenhouse wet curtain is less than 15 m, the exhaust air flow of the ventilator should not be directly facing the air inlet of the cooling pad.
