The tropical monsoon gently caresses the island of Ceylon, and the scorching sun penetrates the clouds, sowing fertile seeds for this land. Recently, Sri Lankan agricultural enterprises once again purchased 6,000 square meters of film greenhouses from Hualiang Greenhouse, marking a new stage in the cooperation between the two sides in the field of tropical modern agriculture. This intelligent greenhouse, which integrates cooling, shading, irrigation and hydroponic technologies, is like a key to unlock the dilemma of tropical agriculture, injecting new vitality into the development of local agriculture.

In view of the high temperature and humidity climate characteristics of Sri Lanka all year round, the engineering team has developed a composite cooling system. The water curtain fan and the negative pressure ventilation device work together tacitly, and can still stabilize the indoor temperature below 28℃ in the 40°C summer, just like a breathable parasol for crops. The mobile curtain system with adjustable shading rate is like a careful light housekeeper, automatically adjusting the shading ratio according to the intensity of sunlight, which not only avoids strong light burning seedlings, but also ensures the maximum efficiency of crop photosynthesis.

The intelligent irrigation system demonstrates the ingenuity of Chinese agricultural technology. The humidity sensor buried in the planting trough is like a sensitive antenna, sensing the soil moisture in real time and transmitting the data to the central control platform through the Internet of Things technology. When the curve on the display screen begins to decline, the drip irrigation device starts quietly, and the precise water flow penetrates the root system along the PE pipe, so that each crop can get a customized water supply. Even more eye-catching is the three-dimensional hydroponic planting area, where lettuce and strawberries are suspended on the surface of the nutrient solution, and the silvery white roots seem to be dancing an elegant ballet in the water. This non-fertilizer cultivation mode not only saves 60% of water consumption, but also increases crop yields by more than three times.

It is reported that this cooperation not only includes the supply of hardware equipment, but we will also provide Sri Lanka with two years of technical guidance. When the sunset gilded the greenhouse, agricultural experts from China and Sri Lanka were still discussing the optimization plan of the supplementary lighting system in the field. This technological handshake across the Indian Ocean is writing a new chapter in the "Belt and Road" agricultural cooperation, and also allows people to see the bright dawn of tropical modern agriculture.
