The intelligent sawtooth greenhouse designed and manufactured by our company has completed final loading and has officially departed for the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) in central Africa. This modern 4,000-square-meter greenhouse, incorporating numerous advanced environmental control technologies, is expected to provide strong technical support for efficient agricultural production and food security in the region.
The greenhouse being exported is a currently popular international sawtooth multi-span greenhouse. Its design offers significant advantages: its unique sawtooth roof structure, combined with a roll-up ventilation system, effectively promotes indoor and outdoor air convection and circulation. This ensures excellent ventilation even in low-power or windy conditions, rapidly dissipating heat and moisture, and creating a more suitable growing environment for crops.
The greenhouse's main structure utilizes a durable, hot-dip galvanized steel pipe frame, offering strong corrosion resistance and adaptability to the DRC's high temperature and humidity, ensuring long-term stable operation and extending its service life. The covering material is a 150-micron (0.15mm) thick, high-transmittance, high-strength polyethylene film. While ensuring excellent light transmittance to promote plant photosynthesis, it also offers excellent thermal insulation and tear resistance.
To address the hot climate of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the greenhouse is equipped with a highly efficient damp curtain and fan cooling system. This system utilizes the principle of heat absorption through water evaporation to significantly reduce indoor temperature while increasing air humidity, creating a cool and comfortable "microclimate" for crops even during high temperatures outdoors. Furthermore, an internal circulation fan system ensures uniform air flow within the greenhouse, reducing moisture retention on leaves, effectively preventing disease, and ensuring a more even distribution of temperature and humidity, promoting balanced crop growth.
The greenhouse is equipped with an advanced seedbed nursery system, enabling factory-scale, intensive cultivation of high-quality seedlings, significantly improving seedling efficiency and survival rates, laying a solid foundation for subsequent large-scale mass production. The accompanying precision irrigation system enables automated and precise water and fertilizer delivery tailored to the specific needs of crops at different growth stages, significantly improving water and fertilizer utilization, conserving resources, and promoting high and high-quality crop yields.
