After a month of intensive and well-organized production, the 3,000-square-meter film greenhouse, custom-designed for a Romanian client by Hualiang Greenhouse, has successfully completed all manufacturing processes and has been loaded into containers for shipment, soon to be delivered to the client across the ocean. The successful delivery of this project signifies further recognition in the European market of Chinese modern agricultural facilities in terms of customization, intelligence, and high quality.
The greenhouse utilizes a high-standard hot-dip galvanized steel frame structure, ensuring overall stability and long-term corrosion resistance, adapting to the local climate conditions of Romania. The covering material is a 200-micron special film with good light transmittance and high durability, providing an excellent light environment for crop growth.
Regarding the environmental control system, the greenhouse is equipped with a highly efficient roller shutter ventilation system and a mature wet curtain-fan cooling system, enabling precise regulation of internal temperature and humidity to create the optimal growing space for crops. Furthermore, based on the client's specific needs, the project also integrates a customized irrigation system and seedling bed system, achieving coverage from seedling cultivation to production, providing a solid hardware foundation for the client's large-scale, precision planting.
To ensure the smooth commissioning of the greenhouses, the supplier not only provided detailed technical data and installation drawings, but also promised to fully assist the customer in completing the installation and commissioning work after the goods arrived, through a combination of remote connection and on-site guidance. They also pledged to provide continuous technical support and consultation for subsequent planting management. This end-to-end "equipment delivery + technical service" model reflects the increasingly comprehensive service system and customer-first cooperation philosophy of Chinese agricultural equipment companies.
