Teachers and students from Qingdao Agricultural University conducted practical teaching activities at Hualiang Greenhouse.

On April 17, 2026, the Second Party Branch of the College of Horticulture at Qingdao Agricultural University organized its faculty members, student Party members, and interns to visit Shandong Hualiang Greenhouse Engineering Co., Ltd. and its internship base for a themed Party Day activity entitled "Practicing a People-Oriented Performance View and Cultivating New Talents in the Fields." This activity deeply integrated theoretical learning with practical teaching, honing Party spirit and professional skills in the fields.

At the beginning of the practical teaching activity, branch members studied relevant theoretical knowledge on establishing and practicing a correct performance view, and conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as "For whom are performances established, what kind of performances are established, and how are performances established?" This guided teachers and students to firmly adhere to the work orientation of cultivating people through practice and serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, and to abandon formalism.

Subsequently, the faculty and students entered the Hualiang Greenhouse Facility Agriculture Demonstration Base, embarking on a unique on-site teaching and professional internship. Party member teachers, working on the front lines in the fields, closely integrated the teaching with the actual operation of the modern greenhouse industry. They provided students with vivid on-site explanations and operational guidance on core professional content such as greenhouse structural design optimization, the principles of intelligent environmental control systems, and the application of integrated water and fertilizer engineering technology. This approach effectively combined theoretical knowledge from textbooks with agricultural production practice, significantly enhancing the teaching's practicality.
