Ivory coast film greenhouses loading container

2026-05-07

Today, a batch of custom-designed film-covered multi-span greenhouses for a customer in Côte d'Ivoire was successfully loaded into containers at the factory and officially shipped. This batch of greenhouse equipment will be transported from the port to West Africa for use in local modern agricultural production projects. This shipment not only marks a further expansion of the company's presence in the African market but also reflects the continued recognition of Chinese greenhouse technology and equipment in the international market.

The delivered greenhouses are film-covered multi-span structures with excellent light transmission and heat insulation performance. They also integrate multiple environmental control systems tailored to the tropical climate of Côte d'Ivoire:

Roll-up film ventilation system:** Allows flexible adjustment of the opening of side and top windows, enabling natural convection ventilation and reducing operating energy consumption.

Evaporative cooling system:** During hot seasons, it uses the principle of water evaporation to forcibly introduce cool, humid air, effectively controlling the indoor temperature and preventing heat stress in crops.

Built-in circulating fan:** Promotes micro-circulation of air within the greenhouse, eliminating temperature and humidity stratification and ensuring a uniform and stable growing environment for crops.

External shading system:** Blocks some solar radiation during periods of strong sunlight, reducing heat load and preventing leaf scorch.

Several systems work in tandem to provide crops with a stable and controllable growing environment under high temperature, high humidity, or strong sunlight conditions, making it particularly suitable for the climate characteristics of Côte d'Ivoire and West Africa.

The container loading site was orderly, with workers strictly following the packaging plan to secure and protect the equipment, ensuring it remained intact after the long sea voyage. The company's technical team also completed pre-assembly and functional testing of the entire system before shipment and provided the customer with detailed installation and operation manuals. The customer representative from Côte d'Ivoire expressed satisfaction with the product quality and production progress and placed their trust in subsequent technical guidance services.

The successful shipment of this greenhouse equipment is another important achievement for the company in its deep cultivation of the African market. In the future, the company will continue to focus on the field of facility agriculture, providing more efficient, economical, and applicable integrated greenhouse solutions to more countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, contributing to local agricultural modernization and food security.
