2500 SQM glass greenhouse loading container
A large glass greenhouse integrating advanced technology and intelligent systems has completed final quality inspection and has been officially loaded and shipped to Senegal, a West African country. Spanning 2,500 square meters, the project utilizes a high-standard hot-dip galvanized steel frame and 6mm tempered glass as its main structure. It is equipped with a variety of intelligent systems, including cooling fan and pad cooling system, internal circulation fans, internal shading, and sprinkler irrigation, marking a new step in China-Senegal agricultural cooperation.
The greenhouse, exported this time, features a corrosion-resistant hot-dip galvanized frame, ensuring long-term structural stability in high-temperature and high-humidity environments. The 6mm tempered glass not only offers high light transmittance and strong impact resistance, but also effectively blocks UV rays, providing excellent lighting conditions for crops. The greenhouse incorporates a variety of environmental control features: a fan-cooled curtain system provides efficient cooling in extremely high temperatures; an internal circulation fan ensures uniform air flow; an automatic internal shading system intelligently adjusts shading based on light intensity to prevent glare from burning crops; and a sprinkler irrigation system enables precise integrated water and fertilizer management, significantly improving water resource efficiency. Once completed, the greenhouse will be used for year-round production of high-value-added crops (such as vegetables, flowers, and seedlings) in Senegal. This is expected to significantly enhance local agricultural resilience and productivity, while also providing an important demonstration for the international market entry of Chinese modern agricultural equipment and technologies.
The project leader stated that this collaboration not only provides advanced facilities but also provides training in planting techniques and ongoing operational support, truly achieving a "turnkey project" and sustainable agricultural cooperation model. Going forward, the two sides will continue to deepen their cooperation in the field of smart agriculture, jointly promoting the modernization of Senegal's agriculture.
